Genna Kranitz, LGSW

Genna Kranitz, LGSW, is a licensed graduate social worker that works under the supervision of Allison Hauck, LCSW-C. She received her Master's of Social Work degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore with a concentration in clinical mental health. She completed two clinical internships at the University of Maryland School Mental Health Program (Baltimore City Public Schools) and Anne Arundel County Public Schools. She currently works as a School Social Worker in Baltimore County Public Schools. She has experience treating children and adolescents with a variety of needs, including ADHD, Pervasive Development Disorders, learning disorders, adjustment disorders, anxiety, and depression in individual and group settings. 

Genna will be running various groups at Waypoint Wellness Center. Check out her newest group focusing on social skills for elementary and middle school kids.

Genna was born and raised in Annapolis, but now lives in Baltimore. She likes spending time with friends and family and visiting her nieces in Virginia. She enjoys walking her dogs, chai lattes, and reading.
