I am a doctoral extern and graduate-level psychology intern currently completing my PsyD/MBA dual degree at Widener University’s Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology and School of Business. I am a registered Psychology Associate in MD under the supervision of Dr. Clarke. Now in my fifth and final year of the program, I am passionate about integrating clinical expertise with organizational insight to support clients across diverse backgrounds. My therapeutic approach is rooted in collaboration, curiosity, and cultural humility. I strive to meet clients where they are, blending relational warmth with evidence-based strategies that promote growth, self-understanding, and resilience. Clinically, I draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), relational therapy, and attachment theory to tailor care to each client’s needs.
Professional Experience
While my theoretical orientation is grounded in CBT, I work from an integrative and client-centered model that emphasizes empathy, cultural sensitivity, and trauma-informed care. My clinical experience spans a range of settings, including outpatient clinics, hospitals, and community organizations, where I’ve supported individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma histories, and complex diagnostic presentations.Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working at The Arc Baltimore, Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital, Organizational Development Services, and Newark Behavioral Health. Across these settings, I’ve gained experience in working with various age groups doing individual therapy, neuropsychological assessment, clinical assessment, and executive coaching. I especially enjoy working with clients who are looking to better understand themselves, process life experiences and relationships, and develop meaningful behavioral change. I often incorporate structured tools to clarify diagnoses and guide treatment planning.
Life Outside the Office
Outside of the therapy room, I live in Edgewood, MD with my family. I’m a doting plant mom and an avid manga collector. I have a deep love for music and enjoy exploring a wide range of genres. In my free time, I’m usually hiking local trails, spending time with family and friends, or curled up with a new album or book.
