I have been a conference presenter for nonprofit organizations like Maryland Community Action Partnership and AT&T on topics such as implicit bias and women’s issues. I have also facilitated group therapy programs designed to utilize a mindfulness-based approach in working with children on the autism spectrum or exhibiting behaviors indicative of mood disorders. I enjoy working with youth and young adults to address issues and concerns that may arise during different points in their lives to help them live a meaningful and fulfilling existence.
Life Outside the Office
I live in Annapolis with my two children, my husband, and our dog. I spend copious amounts of time with my amazing pony. Horseback riding is a passion of mine and part of my regular self care practice. I also enjoy kayaking, hiking, writing, and practicing the ukulele.
